The location was convenient, very close to the metro station. The breakfast had nice variety and tasty options. I found the staff very friendly. They tried to help us with everything WE needed.
The room had poor soundproofing. I could hear EVERYTHING my neighbors said. The walls shook when others entered their rooms. I could hear snoring. I found it impossible to turn off the air conditioning. It was quite annoying.

good choices high-tech room underground parking
The breakfast buffet offered various and good choices. My room included modern, high-tech features. All lights and curtains were controlled by a pad-screen (wow!). Underground parking provided ample space. The hotel's proximity to metro stations made getting around simple.

pizza service unavailability cold air
the metro was nearby so transportation was easy
i found the advertised 24 hour pizza service was not actually available i tried to order around 11:45pm and was told it was not possible air conditioning could not be turned off it stayed too cold

The room had good wifi. The shower was also very nice. Staff members were helpful. Secure parking existed. It was free too.
